Fotografemi.
\nLa mia acculturazione nel campo dell’arte parte dal balbettio del fare fotografico. Ho cominciato a costruire immagini quando ho deciso che potevo rinascere una seconda volta, colmando un vuoto di identit\u00e0 culturale, attraverso il mezzo che mi era pi\u00f9 facile e congeniale, la fotografia. Ho chiamato quel periodo “fotografemi”. Come il fonema \u00e8 la parte pi\u00f9 piccola della parola detta, cos\u00ec i fotografemi erano le particelle di una nuova lingua che si esplicava nella foto della foto, la foto del fotografo, la foto del fotografare.
\nEra un discorso tautologico. Ripeteva la definizione di fotografia. O perlomeno quella che io andavo scoprendo praticando il fotografese scritto, cio\u00e8 le mie opere.<\/em><\/p>\n

Photographemes
\nMy artistic education has started from a certain stuttering in doing photography. I have begun creating images when I decided that I could experience a re-birth plugging the gap of cultural identity through the most suitable medium within my reach i.e. photography. I have called that period “photographemes “. So as the phoneme is the smallest part of the spoken word, photographemes are the particles of a new language consisting in the photo of the photo, photographer’s photo, photo of the way I shoot. It was a tautological speech which stressed the definition of photography or at least the one of what I went discovering when practicing the written photographic language Le. my works.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nNella pratica Zen si dice che se una cosa ti annoia per un minuto tu prova per due; se ti annoia ancora prova per quattro minuti, per otto, per sedici, e cos\u00ec via; vedrai che ad un certo punto non ti annoier\u00e0 pi\u00f9 ed avrai acquisito qualcosa che prima non prevedevi.
\nHo sottoposto la sequenza di cento immagini che mostrano la foto precedente appoggiata sulla copertina di dischi di jazz (e l\u2019ultima le contiene tutte) proiettandole una alla volta agli studenti di Universit\u00e0. L\u2019esercizio di umilt\u00e0 e di memoria ha avuto successo con risposte inaspettate.
\nIn verit\u00e0 le foto sono centouno, per indicare che il lavoro poteva proseguire.

\nAccording to the Zen practice if one thing bores you for one minute, you should try two minutes and if you still get bored, you should go on trying for four, eight, sixteen minutes and so on. At a certain point you will see that you do not get bored any longer and will have experienced something that you could not foresee before.
\nI have submitted the sequence of 100 images showing the previous photo leaning on the cover of jazz records (the last one holds all of them)\u00a0 and have shown these images one by one\u00a0 to university students. The humbleness and memory exercise has proved successful and has produced unexpected results. The photos are actually 101, this meaning that the work might have gone on \u2026<\/p>\n
