TROVARSI SUL SENTIERO\u00a0 <\/strong>FINDING YOURSELF ON THE PATH\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2023-2026<\/em><\/h4>\n

Considero il sentiero come un vuoto dentro al paesaggio. Dopo la poesia di F.H\u00f6lderlin, e dopo aver conosciuto la sua vita, quel vuoto delle sue passeggiate \u00e8 lo spazio dove esserci. Lui assorto nella sfera del suo poetare, io a respirare libert\u00e0 sospeso nel Tao (pratico Tai Chi da molti anni) dove il negativo Yin del sentiero \u00e8 complementare con il grande Yang del paesaggio.
\nL\u00e0 trovo frammenti di natura sorprendenti se inquadrati a modo mio dalla macchina fotografica. Sono i \u201cQuesto mi Basta\u201d<\/strong> che, una volta stampati e messi a muro riassumono l\u2019esperienza di quella passeggiata. Con tutto quello che ne consegue: l\u2019opera \u00e8 diventata il territorio, tutto \u00e8 relativo al presente finch\u00e9 la si guarda, la mia presenza c\u2019era ma ora c\u2019\u00e8 quella dello spettatore. Si pu\u00f2 chiamare in causa il Reale, il Bello, la Poesia ed anche il contrario, l\u2019Effimero di tutto questo, della Vita.<\/p>\n

Dove mi ha portato la fotografia? Ad essere ancella dello stare tra gli oggetti del paesaggio. Nelle \u201cMappe\u201d<\/strong> il soggetto lascia spazio all\u2019intervento manuale: un sentiero disegnato come filo rosso o turchese. Il documento \u00e8 la mia volont\u00e0 di usarlo e poi per essere usato. Nelle mie opere ci sono solo fatti, niente interpretazioni.<\/p>\n

Descriviamo il mondo dalla nostra prospettiva. I miei scorci di superficie della Terra equivalgono a tutte le altre sorprese che l\u2019arte denuncia. Negli \u201cAssolo, 2025\u201d<\/strong> il vuoto centrale compensa la pesantezza delle foto, ma indica anche la luminosa radura alla fine del sentiero. \u00c8 ben visibile anche il punto turchese che indica la mia posizione. Ambigua. N\u00e9 verde n\u00e9 blu, ma verde e blu, in bilico sull\u2019orizzonte.<\/p>\n

I consider the path as a void within the landscape. After the poetry of F.H\u00f6lderlin, and after having known his life, that emptiness of his walks is the space to being there. He was absorbed in the sphere of his poetry, I am breathing freedom suspended in the Tao (I have been practicing Tai Chi for many years) where the negative Yin of the path is complementary to the great Yang of the landscape.
\nThere I find fragments of surprising nature when framed in my own way by the camera. They are \u201cThis is enough for me\u201d which, once printed and hung on the wall, summarise the experience of that walk. With all that this entails: the work has become the territory, everything is relative to the present as long as you look at it, my presence was there but now there is that of the spectator. We can call into question the Real, the Beautiful, the Poetic and also the opposite, the Ephemeral of all this, of Life.<\/p>\n

Where has photography taken me? To be a handmaiden to being among the objects of the landscape. In the \u201cMaps\u201d the subject leaves place for manual intervention: a path drawn like a red or turquoise thread. The document is my will to use it and then to be used. In my works there are only facts, no interpretations.<\/p>\n

We describe the world from our perspective. My glimpses of the Earth’s surface are equivalent to all the other surprises that art reveals. In \u201cAssolo, 2025\u201d the central void compensates for the heaviness of the photographs, but also indicates the bright clearing at the end of the path. The turquoise dot indicating my position is also clearly visible. An ambiguous position. Neither green nor blue, but green and blue, balanced on the horizon.<\/p>\n
